Windows 11 I got the "something happened and your pin isn't available " message on the lockscreen. I want to know whether using a restore point would fix the pro

I was on msconfig working with some settings. I disabled some Microsoft services while on there and I guess I might have disabled some necessary Microsoft service. After applying the settings I was asked to restart my pc and I did, after restartimg I tried logging into windows with the pin and that's when I got the message. However I created a restore point before doing anything with the settings and I want to know whether using the restore point would help fix the problem
