Windows 11 I got this message when logging in: the account has been locked and can’t be accessed

I tried logging in my new computer, but after entering the email and password, it kept asking for the “device password”. What password? It’s a new PC!After come failed attempts. I left everything there. Logged in through the store and it synced the account on settings.Steam crashed so I restarted the PC and then got this message. Waited like 4 hours and nothing.Had to format everything and start over, after installing windows fresh, it still didn’t let me log in.I’m afraid of logging through the store or something and get locked out again.
