Windows 11 I had to reset my HP windows 11 laptop and now it does not work like it should. I do not think it totally reset. Can anyone help me?

I recently had to reset my windows 11 HP laptop and now it doesn't work right. I do not know how to explain what it is doing. Can someone please help me?
