Windows 11 I had to take off my PCI adapter but the Wi-Fi USB adapter doesn’t work and I can’t connect to the internet, what should I do?

I have a small build and my new GPU resulted in the PCI adapter being taken out. I tried to use a Maxesla USB adapter and installed its drivers but it doesn’t work. I have also tried to connect to a laptop and share Wi-Fi through it but didn’t work. I’m not sure if I have to install some network adapters for my pc for it to work but also not sure what to download. My CPU is an intel i7 10700 with an asus prime H510M-E motherboard. The option for Wi-Fi doesn’t even appear on the bottom right. I’ve resorted to using an Ethernet cable as a temporary solution but I’m hoping to fix this problem, pl
