I have been using microsoft for the past 3 years and i always have problems with it, the thing that im frustrated at is microsoft wont let me log into my account, instead they just send me a message "too many request" or "something went wrong". i dont even know what is happening. Second, i was trying to recover my hacked account and microsoft did absolute nothing about it. Overall i think microsoft should improve their systems and not just infuriate people.
