Windows 10 I have 2 ANT usb sticks, both visible in device manager, but windows will not recognize them, why? where is the correct download?

Where is the correct driver for one of my 2 usb ANT sticks? libusb-win32 devices Dynastream Innovations, Inc. USB\VID_0FCF&PID_1009\085 was configured. Parent Device: USB\ROOT_HUB\4&209dff44&0Any help would be appreciated,Thank you,D.
