Windows 11 I have 2 PC's with an error that is: Start PXE over IPV4

I have 2 PC desktops with Windows 11, fully updated, that boots to START PXE OVER IPV4. I have tried resetting CMOS, I have reseated memory, I have attempted a system restore from a point in time, I then tried a restore keeping my files, nothing seems to work. HP Hardware indicated that the issue is a Microsoft issue and I must contact Microsoft.PC is a HP ProDesk 400 G5 Microtower
