Windows 11 I have 4 new company laptops that have come with Windows 11 Home and need to switch to Enterprise through 365 e5 license

We have bought new laptops in the company and there are 4 which have come with windows 11 Home, as it is home we cannot sign in/create an account with our work accounts as it only recognises normal Microsoft accounts. We have 365 e5 licenses which come with Windows 10/11 Enterprise and essentially need to switch our product keys to use these instead. However the product keys are not accessible anywhere is the Microsoft admin portal. They tell us that if we sign in it will automatically use our Enterprise license but we obviously cannot do that as it operating with Windows Home. Please provide
