Windows 11 I have a Acer Aspire 3. Is there a way I can look through Settings to see who else is on my WiFi Network?

My laptop is an 8th Gen CORE i3 Intel Pentium Processor. Aspire 3. Acer. My connectivity is lagging and when streaming my movies are buffering. I'm pretty sure there are multiple devices besides my own connected to my WiFi network. I'd like to confirm my suspicions and than better secure my network.
