Windows 10 I have a beeping noise

I have a beeping noise that is like doooo, (long pause) DO DO DO. What may this be and what is a fix for it? My pc is a AlienWare Aurora R11 incase that's helpful. It recently started yesterday. I have restarted my pc and unplugged everything and plugged it back in. I recently switched from using a headphone jack to a usb. I also touched something on the back of my pc right before I started hearing the sound. The blue triangle is the button I pressed. Since then I have put it in every order and still hear the sound. I don't think cortana is enabled either. Sometimes the sound stops for a while then starts. Its weird. To anyone trying to help thanks, - Kind regards Eragonian (gamer tag lol)
