Windows 10 I have a bunch of corrupted files and I don't know how to fix them.

My computer has been having issues for a while but they were ignorable( calculator or photos app not working) but recently the taskbar, search bar, settings and start button stopped working aswell as many other apps. So i did a window reset with keeping my personal files. It didn't fix any of the problems. I have tried the following: I used a few command in the cmd prompt like sfc scannow and other fixing commands. All I got from it was that the sfc scan logs tell me that i have a bunch of corrupted files.I am not sure on how to fix them manually as I don't know how to find the paths of the co
