I have already tried to just put the disk in a boot from the drive and yes I have a full version of the program I have windows 8.1 and xp and windows 7 and window 2000 pro that I purchased that I can install they are not on any other computers. I am fairly good with fixing my own computers when it comes to windows and dos but this linux is very different. I am looking for an easy way to put windows on the computer either on a partition leaving linux if easier or completely erasing and reformatting the whole drive and installing windows.
Most the sites and suggestions to fix that I went to look like they are working in a dos type program but this linux looks more like windows and I can't even find where to go to the prompt.
