Windows 10 I have a JBL quantum 100 and when I plug it in, windows does not detect it at all, is there anything I can do to fix this?

I've tried using a splitter and checked device manager and control panel for audio inputs still does not detect but it does work on my Xbox and Its compatible with pc. I have tried my audio ports in the back of my pc on my motherboard yet still nothing.
