Windows 10 I have a "live" email with Outlook (msn), when checking my Microsoft sign on Activity, getting error

Hello, So trying to reach a live person and getting help, seems to be absolutely impossible with Microsoft! Everyday I have been checking my sign in activity as I have had so many scammer attempts. Today I signed into my Microsoft account and put in my security email and code, the normal process I go through, instead of it brining me to my Sign in Activity History, I'm getting an error saying Dangerous to proceed with page, and the page is red, it's not flashing warning, but it is giving me info on what could happen if I continue, but it doesn't allow me to continue to my sign in activity his
