I have a PEAQ laptop and im stuck on "Aptio Setup Utility - Copyright (C) 2021 American Megatrends, Inc. Version 2.19.1268" And i dont know what to do. Saving and exiting puts me back on the same screen, exiting without saving does as well, and im afraid i will mess something up if i just click random buttons.
