Windows 10 I have a problem with Onedrive when backing up my laptop using Ashampoo Backup Pro

I backup selected folders on my laptop to Onedrive every hour during the day using Ashampoo Backup Pro and have found over quite a long period of time it fails about 50% of the time. I raised the problem with Ashampoo and they said it was a problem with Microsoft One Drive not with Ashampoo Backup ProThe problem seems to be that Onedrive becomes unavailable.
