Windows 10 I have a problem with win 10. I tried to reinstall it. Something went wrong.

So yesterday Dave tried to help but translation went not well... My windows 10 is dead.Cannot reinitialize.I dont have Access to an other computer.Comment: (We are in 2024, so I should be able to install win 10 with my phone android 14... Like a usb key...?!) I downloaded the folder you provided me in my phone. But with a public pc, I cant move or copy the folder in my usb key...? Do you see what I mean?I CAN ONLY USE A PUBLIC COMPUTER.Please, What is the procedure to reinstall windows 10 in detail for a dummy like me. My computer is jammed at the ASUS logo.
