Windows 11 I have a security warning ⚠️. It's blocking me from using my PC. The number I'm required to call doesn't work. I believe this may be a hack.

I believe I have been hacked. I have security message notifying me to call Windows Security +1-866-278-6875, no one answers.I'm not in position to exercise the use of my PC at this time.
