Windows 11 I have a two year old Dell PC all in one desktop and I can't get the closed captions to shut OFF ! What the hey are you supposed to do when it is set

I have several Dell all in one Pc's and my newest one will NOT shut the closed captions off EVER! I called Dell to help fix it but they can't . What are we supposed to do when we are being forced to use something we DO NOT WANT on our OWN PC that we OWN? Help please ? I hate Microsoft so much ! Monopoly anyone ? Come on. This is the worst OS ever ! I have not had this many issues with a PC as I have since Windows changed from 7 . You messed that up again Microsoft. Help us fix this mess please !
