Hello!

I have a Win10 pc, it has a Gigabyte A320M-S2H rev. 1.1 motherboard, AMD Ryzen 3 2200g processor. it has 8Gb of Crucial ram and a Radeon Rx460 graphics card. I have a USB expansion card installed, I have installed the latest VIA 3.0 extensible host controller drivers, However, the pc does not see anything plugged into the expansion card. At present, I have a Webcam and a USB hard drive plugged in and it seems neither is recognised. I get no error codes when I plugin, but if I look in Device Manager it does state "Device USB\VIA_ROOT_HUB\7&1ade9d2d&2 requires further installation." on VIA USB 3 Root Hub and Device PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3483&SUBSYS_34831106&REV_01\6&e95d85a&0&0030020A had a problem starting.
