Windows 11 I have admin rights on a disk but not the other

So I have two disks: C:/ , an SSD with my Windows 11 installation and D:/ , an HDD.Almost a year ago, I had to change my motherboard and I've had this same problem since:I have lost my admin rights on the C disk but not completely, by that I mean that each time I try to read or write on this disk, I get prompted for admin rights, which I can give; also, any app that tries to write on this disk can't unless executed as admin (for example, games can't save if I don't run them as admin), this includes windows updates.I have tried a lot of fixes, checked wether my accounts is in the admins groups,
