Windows 10 I have an Acer Aspire laptop. I keep getting a rectangular white screen in the middle of my display. What should I do?

The white box takes up about 1/3 of the display screen and pops up randomly. This is getting worse. Especially bad now that everything is online!! Appreciate any help with this.
