Windows 8 I have an Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop and I keep getting a: "Checking media: [Fail]" error when I attempt to boot up or restart the computer.

I already navigated to the "F2 menu" and found the UEF1 boot option. However, when I enter the UEF1 boot menu, I only get two options. The "UEF1 Onboard LAN IPv6" and the "UEF1 Onboard LAN IPv4." I cannot find the "Windows Boot Manager" option anywhere, no matter what I do. I've scoured the internet for about 2 hours looking for answers but I have not been able to find any answers. May I get some assistance?
