Windows 10 I have an old user account that I can no longer access and need help transferring to my new account.

I have an old user account on my PC that I can no longer access. It has about 20 GB of data that I need to transfer to my new user account. The "Copy To" feature is grayed out on the User Profiles page. I also tried the copy and paste method by clicking the individual folders underthe old user account without any success. This happened after I disconnected from an Access School or Work account and didn't backup my filesI know, stupid mistake, but I didn't realize that the Hard Drive was siloed for each user account. I don't share my PC with anyone else. Using Windows 10 ProAny suggestions? Am
