I have been trying for the last 2 months to install an update that Microsoft sent my (New) HP Pavilion. It will not install. I have tried 15 times. Error comes up that said "something went wrong but not to worry we will return the computer the way it was". I have taken my computer to my computer specialist, and they tried the troubleshoot and to re-install windows 11. They could not solve the problem. Any ideas. Richard
