Windows 11 I have Dell Inspiron 3593 and it runs a bit slower than before. What should I do?

I own a Dell Inspiron 3593 with Windows 11 Pro, 4GB RAM, 256 GB M.2 NVMe SSD, 1TB HDD, and Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus. I use my laptop for small, regular official work and while working on my system it freezes for a maximum of 1.2 sec and continues where I was. The problem is the problem occurs when I open avg. 3-4 apps at one time. I can't afford to upgrade my RAM at the time so, can you suggest some tips and tricks to make it faster? I have tried the following things with my laptop:1. Changed battery settings to 'Best Performance'.2. Changed system properties for 'Best Performance'.3. In
