Windows 11 I have game pass for my pc and have successfully downloaded four games, but now every game error codes with a different error code.

I have a few games already, all from me uninstalling gaming services and reinstalling, I'm downloading a game right now and it's 79% of the way through, it's been error coding since it was about 30% but i just keep resuming and it downloads a couple percent every time i resume, then error codes again. I am using windows 11, do I need to uninstall and reinstall gaming services again? the previous four games downloaded with no problems, but now every game I download error codes within the first couple percent. it's not my pc, its the xbox app on pc. I need help.
