Windows 10 I have gotten a BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO BSOD on loop, and I'm out of luck

Hello,Recently I modified the number of processors in msconfig because I heard it would speed up games. However, I unchecked the box, and restarted to two BSODs before an Automatic Repair.So far I have tried:System Restore (nope)Safe Mode (nope, BSOD)Opening msconfig from the Recovery CMD (nope, "not part of administrators group" even though CMD is running as admin)Running bcdedit/deletevalue {default} numproc (nope, "Element not found"???)I cannot figure out a way to fix these issues. If I am missing anything on any of my attempts, please let me know.
