I recently installed an application from this link I found through a Facebook search: Sign in - Google Accounts application doesn't seem to do anything when I installed, but I noticed several Facebook comments claiming it's ransomware. I'm using Windows Defender, and it neither prevented the installation nor issued any warnings. I'm now worried about the potential ransomware threat. What should I do?
