Windows 10 I have installed the cumulative update 2023-06 for Windows 10 21H2, but update 2023-05 keeps failing. Do I need it?

I have just installed several updates after not using my pc for a while, and while the 2023-06 update has been applied, the 2023-05 update keeps failing. How can I fix this (and do I need to)?
