Windows 11 I have issues with my graphics drivers, my computer blue screens mid game but I don't have bad specs at all (VIDEO_DXGKERNEL_FATAL_ERROR)

Hello,I have this issue when I am playing games on my computer on my RTX 3050 TI (laptop gpu) where my games suddenly freeze and then go black, if the game has a custom cursor it stays on and the process is still there but after the black screen it makes the process transparent (as in I can see any application/my wallpaper) and my fans speed up to an extremely high volume. After that I cannot start up any games as they just go white and then I get a blue screen. I've had this issue for months and I don't know what to do to stop it.
