Windows 11 I have KB5031455 but Copilot is not working

I have 3 Windows 11 computers. One is Windows 11 Home and the other two are Windows 11 Pro. All three have KB5031455 installed. Copilot is working on the Windows 11 Home computer but neither of the Windows 11 Pro computers has it. How do I get copilot working on the Windows 11 Pro systems?
