Windows 11 I have multiple viruses, trojans, attached to my Microsoft Edge browser and I can't get them off what do I do?

I have multiple viruses, trojans, attached to my Microsoft Edge browser and I can't get them off what do I do? The ones that I know of are: haksaigho.com, dragonorders.com, EquusAfricanAsinus.com, and gggtrenks.com. These have attached themselves to my Microsoft Edge browser and when I use my browser they either redirect me to an unwanted website or they bring up ads or other popups. I've done a search to try and find out how to get rid of these and everything I've tried doesn't work. I've tried using CCleaner, and Malwarebytes, and neither of those got rid of them.
