Windows 11 I have my windows 11 home activated with digital license linked to my Microsoft account. but I till now never buy it once. How?

the type of license is Retail.I have laptops with pre installed win 10 before. and upgraded it to win 11 home. and my same account connected to the laptop. but the type of license is OEM not Retail.And I have digital license for win 11 pro (NOT home) retail type for work. not using it (the key) anymore. and the digital license is also connected to my microsoft account. but I think it's illegal because i bought it just for about 1$. So I don't use it anymore.So where is my digital license for windows 11 home come from?I hope it came from free upgrading my OEM Windows 10 to 11 home in my pre ins
