A similar question was asked here (Redirecting) and none of the suggested fixes worked so I'm hoping someone has more suggestions. I can hear audio fine through my bluetooth headphones but have lost audio through the speakers on my Lenovo X1 Yoga laptop running windows 11. Here's what I've tried so far: shut down and restarted many times; updated the driver; uninstalled and reinstalled the driver; uninstalled and reinstalled the device; uninstalled the device and did a clean install from Realtek's website; installed and tried an older driver; rolled back the Windows update; uninstall
