Windows 10 I have purchased a new computer an proceeded to update my amd drivers and VulkanRT is still absent on my device, is there anyway for me ascertain it?

As the title simply suggests I purchased a new computer and had a few issues with it at first, I had to uninstall and reinstall my graphics drivers for my AMD RX 5700 XT. I don't think that there's a correlation between the absence of my drivers and the VulkanAPI, however, when I went to run an application which is only supported by vulkan, I was getting GPU crashes and exception access violations left and right. I narrowed the problem down to the absence of the vulkan API on my system and need to know a way to ascertain it, I have tried updating my drivers but to no avail.
