Windows 11 I have reinstalled windows and most of my storage is full

I have recently reinstalled windows 11 due to a boot drive error. I chose to keep my personal files, but when I reinstalled, almost 500gb of storage is full, despite all of my apps being uninstalled. Before the reinstallation, I had around 1gb in files, so that isn't the cause of the issue, however, I had a number of games installed, through Xbox and steam. These had all been removed with the fresh install, but the space they took up is still full. How is it possible to free up this space on my pc?
