Windows 11 I have spore on my windows 11 device, But the game doesen't work proprely.

I have spore on my windows 11 device, But the cutscenes wont load, Creature stage just breaks and wont load anything besides my creatures and then freezes. I have it via Xbox gamepass I also have the EA app installed.
