Windows 10 I have two apps working idle on my pc dwm.exe/Desktop Window Manager and csrss.exe/Client Server Runtime Process please help me to fix

PC SPECS: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz GPU: GeForce GTX 1650 Windows 10 version 21h2So when before when i run a game my gpu temp was 64 max 74 grades. Now when I play I have minimum 70 grades and maximum 80-82. I saw this two apps in task manager that use my gpu when I'm playing and when I'm idle. I try to restart my windows, to update all drivers for my pc, I tried to play with Asus Suite 3 but nothing happens, I clean my pc. Please help me to get my pc well again
