I have unlocked my laptop by mistake as if it was stolen. When I try to login using pin code it shows a message "An administrator has restricted sign in. To sign in, make sure your device is connected to the internet, and have your administration sign in first".There is no option to log in as administrator.Using shift + restart doesn't let me enter safe mode.I am using Windows 11
