Windows 11 i have windows 11 and i can't use directx9 for the old games at all

hello ladies and Gentlemen, i have a Matebook that has Windows 11 and directx 12 and i wanted to play resident evil 3 the old one that normally requires direcx9 to run without issues but unfortunately i couldn't solve this problem even though i was reading all the comments and i followed all of them almost from downloading the run directx to using compatible modes and nothing is working, is there anyway that i can disable directx 12 and run directx9 instead ? please if you can help me in this i would appreciate it. thanks in advanceLeon
