Windows 10 I installed a new SSD and installed windows on it, but now whenever I start my PC it gives me two options to boot, how can I make it so theres only on

Also I had a HDD before this, which I am guessing is Windows 10(Volume 3), the other boot option is Windows 10(Volume 7) , so how can i make it into just one Windows, and be able to have everything I had on my HDD and also the new SSD on the same windows? because right now when I boot on my SSD, i cant see the stuff from my HDD.
