Windows 11 I installed a new ssd to my windows 11 laptop and made it my primary drive, and now intel graphics control panel will not work.

So recently I bought a new SSD card and installed it to my second slot of my computer. I had a bit of trouble at first with formatting the drive and installing windows on it and eventually got it to work. I used the official download at Download Windows 11 and used the create media option and it took a bit of effort but it worked, but when I went to go turn some system settings down through the intel graphics control panel it didn't show up and instead gave me an option to "Find And Fix Problems With Background Downloads.
