Windows 10 I just downloaded WinRAR from win-rar.com am I safe.

I just downloaded WinRAR from win-rar.com website because this website came on first when I searched on Microsoft edge after downloading WinRAR from this website i searched that file on virustotal and virustotal flagged it as malicious I didn't open that .exe file and also deleted it now what to do am I safe because i heard that win-rar.com website is fake.
