Windows 11 I just installed update KB5031455 and still don't have Copilot

I just installed the 2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031455) and still don't have Copilot.I have tried doing Win + C like mentioned in the documentation. That opens up Teams Chat instead of Copilot. I have also tried going into Settings -> Personalization -> Taskbar to turn on Copilot. But there is no option for Copilot.My region is United States and I am signing in with a Microsoft account. What is going on? How can I enable Copilot?
