Windows 11 I just upgraded BIOS and Windows 11 activation went down and reactivation doesn't help

I have bought the Windows 11 licence is purchased by ESD way. I recently upgraded BIOS, which caused the activation to fail.I tried to reactivate the licence though the troubleshoot, but it didn't help, because an error on used reactivation ("We can’t activate your copy of Windows because the digital licence for this device has already been used to reactivate Windows.") occurred.I tried to enter the activation key, but an 0xC004F050 error ("the key doesn't work") occurred.I don't understand, I can use my key only one time when I activate the licence and only one time when I reactivate it.How c
