Windows 11 I keep getting "%1 is not a valid Win32 application" when installing WSL. I tried a few online guides but nothing is working.

I am trying to install WSL on my device for some schoolwork but I keep getting error code "%1 is not a valid Win32 application".I even tried installing it through the Microsoft Store, but when activating after installing I get error code '0x8007019e'. I even tried turning it on through the "Turn Windows features on or off" app, but even after the recommended reboot I get error code '0x800700c1'.I have Windows 11 Pro
