Windows 11 I keep getting a message, 'can't connect to windows update service ,' Can anyone help with this problem?

I continually get the message when trying to update 'We couldn’t connect to the update service. We’ll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn’t work, make sure that you’re connected to the Internet'Is anyone able to help with this?
