Windows 11 I keep getting an Unexpected store exception when playing games on my laptops

when playing game they run fine until I start getting lag spikes then the game freezes and I get a BSOD that gives the Unexpected store exception error. I have tried using external drives and the internal drive but both don't stop the issues sometimes the games run perfectly fine then after a couple hours it happens again and other times it happens after a few minutes.I have tried running scans of my HDDs but they all turn up no errors. when looking at event viewer I get these errors at the time of the crash:Faulting application name: Dell.DCF.UA.Bradbury.API.SubAgent.exe,
