Windows 10 I keep getting error 0x8007025d when doing cumulative update KB5023773.

I am getting error 0x8007025d when doing cumulative update KB5023773 on Windows 10. I tried DISM component clean, which gave me error 605 and ill-formed data message.Can someone please help?
